Most people know that Johnny Depp started out to be a musician, as a guitar player for several bands including, The Kids and Rock City Angels, among others. A lot of people don't know that he's also a wonderful artist. In an interview with Douglas Brinkley for Vanity Fair (July 2009), he stated, "What I love to do is paint people's faces, y'know, their eyes. Because you want to find the emotion, see what's going on behind their eyes."
